What this site is

RAMPrice is a price-comparison and information service. We are not a retailer: we do not sell products, take payment for them, or fulfil orders. Purchases happen on the retailer’s site under the retailer’s terms.

Price data — the important caveat

Prices, availability and shipping change constantly and can change between our last refresh and your click. Landed-price figures include clearly labelled estimates (shipping, duty, import VAT/GST, currency conversion at a reference rate) as described in the methodology. Always confirm the final price at the retailer before buying. We accept no liability for purchase decisions made on estimated figures, retailer errors, or charges (such as courier brokerage fees or card FX margins) outside our estimates.

Accounts

Accounts are free and exist for price alerts and preferences. You are responsible for your credentials; we may close accounts that abuse the service (automated scraping of the site, alert spam, attempted unauthorised access).

Acceptable use

• Personal, non-commercial use of the comparison is welcome, including sharing links.
• Bulk scraping, wholesale republication of our data, or reselling access requires written permission.
• Don’t probe, disrupt, or bypass technical controls.

Affiliate links

Outbound purchase links may be affiliate links, disclosed on every page and in full here. Commission never affects ranking.

Intellectual property

Our editorial content, methodology text, design and code are ours (or licensed). Product names and trademarks belong to their owners; their use here is nominative — to identify the products being compared — and implies no endorsement.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and cap our aggregate liability at AUD $100. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
